These terms describe the planned use of CityWalkStories and will be finalised before the paid launch.

Access and use

• Access is personal and may not be shared or resold.
• Features may change before purchase. The product information and confirmation at the time of purchase determine what your package includes.
• You need a compatible phone or browser and sometimes internet and GPS access. Offline limitations are shown in the app.

Content and intellectual property

• You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence for private use. Rights in text, routes, images and videos remain with CityWalkStories or the relevant rights holder.
• You may not copy, distribute, scrape or bypass access controls, except where expressly permitted by law.
• AI-generated images are labelled as illustrations. Facts and historical claims are checked where possible but may be improved later.

Purchase and digital content

• Before payment we show the total price, taxes, access period and package contents.
• Digital access starts only according to the choice made at checkout. For immediate delivery, we separately request the consent and acknowledgement required by law.
• The statutory right of withdrawal is not waived by a blanket statement in advance. The applicable explanation and model form will be provided before payment.

Routes and safety

Routes are a guide. Follow traffic rules and local instructions and check opening hours, closures and accessibility. Consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Complaints

Send a complaint with your contact details and order number where applicable. We acknowledge receipt and respond within a reasonable period. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
